Borders are a great way to add some creativity to your page without overwhelming your photos.  A border creates a natural division between your decoration and/or title and the rest of your page so that the focus remains on your pictures.  If you'd like, you can mat your photos on a corresponding color of paper, but really nothing more is needed.  Here are some great ideas!
